How did it all begin?
Oh where to start…
I learned about fresh milled flour on a podcast, talked to my mom about it, and would you believe I grew up eating fresh milled recipes and had no idea?? I started using my mom’s grain mill (she bought it in the 90s!) and started feeling like it was one of the best kept secrets in food. It’s so so easy to do and so much more nutritious than conventional flour, how does not everyone know about this?! It then became a goal of mine to share this secret of easy freshly milled flour recipes with everyone, so you can all benefit and feed your families just that much better.
